Due to the nature of our course offerings, refunds are generally not provided once access to a course has been granted.

This policy exists because course materials, once accessed, cannot be returned. Learners gain immediate access to instructional content, and it is not possible to reverse that access once it has been delivered.

This does not include issues caused by:

  • Your device compatibility

  • Incorrect email address provided during purchase

  • Forgotten login credentials


4. Unauthorized or Fraudulent Transactions

If you believe a purchase was made using your payment method without your authorization, please contact us immediately.

We will investigate the matter and may issue a refund if the claim is verified.
